Barton Community College will offer the fourth and final session in its “Customer Service” Summer Lunch Series July 20. The topic of this lunch program will be “Inspiring Creativity.” Participants are invited to bring their lunch to the Tuesday, July 20, session set from noon to 1:15 p.m. at the Front Door, 1615 10th Street, Great Bend. The fee for this session is $19. In this program, participants will learn to uncover their organization’s potential to be creative. They will discover how to benefit from the diversity and depth of their workforce to unleash a constant source of new and creative solutions to everyday business challenges. Speaker is Shanna Legleiter, Barton’s Business Administrative Technology instructor/coordinator, who has taught customer service for eight years, exploring a variety of quality service techniques and concepts. Most recently, she was a participant in the Disney Institute at Walt Disney World, Fla.
