The Great Bend Expo Complex is made up of a series of three buildings of varying size and structure, two of which are owned by the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce & Economic Development. These buildings are the perfect location for trade shows, reunions, and any other event that requires clear span exhibit space. Also available for rent is a 15-20 passenger trailer-style people mover.

Expo I Building

Expo Complex Rules & Regulations

1. There will be no alcohol sold or consumed in Expo I or Expo II, if the attendance is over 250 people.
2. All exit doors must remain unlocked and aisles clear while buildings are in use.
3. Concession areas in Expo I & II are not “full- use” kitchen facilities and are not equipped to handle “grease laden” cooking, frying is prohibited (such as hamburgers, funnel cakes, etc.).  It is the responsibility of the “lessee” to enforce this if they sublet the concession area.
4. Any vehicle on display inside of the buildings shall have no more than 5 gallons of fuel in them.
5. Hay bales used inside of the building must be treated with a flame retardant solution.
6. All helium tanks and co2 bottles need to be secured.  No balloons are permitted in Expo I due to the ceiling fans.
7. Any tents used at the Expo Area need to be flame retardant.
8. Building capacity in Expo I (seated) is 815; Expo II  (seated) 1,660.
9. The Expo I & II structures may not be altered or defaced in any manner. This includes holes drilled or cut in the walls or floor of either building.
10. Smoking is not allowed in either Expo I or II, including the restrooms.
